Getting Around: Walk a few blocks or drive to local Downtown Twin Falls shops, restaurants, Downtown and/or City Park events and Mary Alice Park. Much of the city restaurants, shops, grocery stores, parks, medical centers and local Costco are within a 3-4 mile drive. City Park (1/2 mile). Centennial Waterfront Park, Zipline and Boat Launch (4 1/2 miles). Less than a mile to Baxter Dog Park. The closest restaurant is Norm’s Cafe a small informal locals’ hangout at 0.2 miles away. Several local golf courses are in the general area.

This vintage home was built in 1908 as one of the original “contributing” townsite homes. Located in the historic downtown area, this private home is within walking distance to downtown restaurants, breweries, The Orpheum, City Park events, seasonal Downtown events, and the whimsical Mary Alice community park. Over the past century, our home has gone through many changes. Its history from the beginning includes welcoming guests and residents.
Walk to downtown eateries just 0.3 mi away. This is a 2 story vintage home is the downtown Twin Falls area. Main level includes porch seating, shared full bath & den w/ Roku TV. To maintain a quiet bedroom area, there are no tv’s in the bedrooms or upstairs.
Our property is a vintage work in progress. Built in 1908, as an American Four Square home, it’s one of the original townsite homes. Hosts live on the main level & lower walk-out basement level. Street parking.
Sleeping Area / Bedroom
Choose from one of two upstairs king-size bed Guest Room in a vintage home. Relax in a cozy KING-SIZED bed in a ROOM w/shared upstairs bath & kitchenette. To maintain a quiet bedroom area, there are no tv’s in the bedrooms or upstairs. Roku TV provided on the main level, in the shared den. Each room has a desk and chair for the remote worker.
Kitchenette & Dining Areas
Small sink and faucet, mini refrigerators, microwave, air fryer, pour over coffee filter, blender, plates, bowls, and eating utensils. Coffee, cream, sugar, tea, oatmeal & a few snack packs provided. NO stove/oven/dishwasher.
Dining area in kitchenette, plus porch seating for outdoor dining.
Bathroom
Shared upstairs 1/2 bath & separate room 1/4 (shower room). Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hair dryer provided. Additional shared full bathroom on the main level.
Work Space
Each room has a desk and chair for the remote worker.
